Our service department offers our customers the choice for on-site service. Whether you need a system set-up or have a network issue or need on-site repair we are here for you.

On-Site
If you need us to come to your location, we can help. Our fee is $120/hr with a one hour minimum. We require that you call to schedule an appointment. We should be able to get to your location within 2 business days.

In-Home Setup
If you purchase a new computer from us, we offer to set it up for you in our shop at no extra charge. However, if you feel that you may need extra assistance setting it up at your home or office, connecting it to your existing network, and/or connecting peripherals, we can help. We have a fee of $120 for the initial setup. If you feel that you might need a little extra training, or a little help getting started, we can add a second hour for only $80 more. Just let the salesperson know during the purchase of your new computer.
